More than a hundred feet went in different directions, and I felt the modern busy and fast-paced life style inside.

When I walk down Michigan Avenue, I often take my eye off these oddly shaped statues that look like feet. When I first saw them, I thought they were repairing something, but I was walking around and I walked in and I realized they were public works of art. These strange feet each face a different direction, and when you stand in front of them it's like walking through a jungle. I think they are like metaphors for people living in the city, who are busy with their own lives and don't care about passers-by. This reminds me of my first trip to Hong Kong. When I was young, I walked on the overpass in Hong Kong. On the overpass, office workers carried handbags one by one and walked fast and steadily.
